As we say goodbye to 2014 and welcome in 2015, it is always good to reflect on what the past year has brought in order to help set your goals for the coming twelve months.
I was dreading 2014 as I was moving into unchartered waters with serious illness in my family and didn’t know what to expect, particularly given that I had no idea if I needed to take a lot of time out or not.
Thankfully, the position is more stable now and 2014 wasn’t the awful year it could have been but it has left me more determined to make 2015 the year I personally make huge strides forward in many ways and I hope to be joined by as many people as possible who are looking to create financial freedom and bring time back into their lives.
I can’t think of any better reason to do this than to spend time with your family and friends as it financial freedom will give you the ability to be there when they need you as well as allowing you to leave the day to day stresses of the 9~5 behind which have the benefit of improving your own health.
So goodbye 2014, you really weren’t that bad but I can’t wait to meet your successor.
Happy New Year and let’s rock 2015!!!
